CSA Box Makes: Miso-braised turnips
I've been keeping this recipe from Gourmet magazine in my recipe binder for many years now, and finally the CSA gave me an excuse to make it!
If you compare my picture with the from the website or magazine, you'll see that I had too much sauce for the amount of turnips I had. Even so, I would decrease the amount of butter in the recipe because the turnips have a nice flavor on their own and the butter flavor seems to come from a different planet.
