Iconic Monument Valley
What is it about Monument Valley that is so iconic?
Of course, we see the monuments through repeated exposure in conjunction with heroic Army cavalry or performance care images, which themselves are positively branded through other reinforcing touchpoints. (Army = heroic, Army + Monument Valley, Monument Valley = heroic place). But would it be fair to say that looking at these monuments "through alien eyes," they would still seem heroic, strong. Even "masculine" in how they rise robustly from the flat plain?
