CSA Box Makes: Celery Soup
We got celery again in this box, and instead of making it a component in a more complex dish, I decided to try and make something "all about celery." I turned to this recipe from Everyday Food (link here). Simple enough, it brought out the robust, savory flavor of celery that sometimes hides in the back.
