CSA Box Makes: Leek, potato, goat cheese pizza
With the leeks and some red potatoes on hand, I indulged my hankering for pizza. Yes, once again I had a strange craving for homemade pizza, and once again, I turned to the Just in Time pizza recipe from King Arthur Flour (I wrote about it here).
With the par-baked crust, I smeared with olive oil and minced garlic, then topped with sauteed leeks and thinly sliced red potatoes which I already roasted and crumbled some goat cheese on top. I could (and did!) eat a third of a pizza in one sitting!
