CSA Box Week 2
This week's CSA box got me excited because it included cranberries, which I'd never cooked with fresh, acorn squash which I hadn't tried either, and a bunch of yams, which are always nice to have on hand. Plus there was a bunch of beets (their stalks were particularly beautiful).
In all, here were the contents:
- Spinach (one bunch)
- Lettuce (three small bunches)
- Bok Choy (three bunches)
- a box of cranberries
- an acorn squash
- 3 pears
- 4 apples
- 8 small yams
- celery (one stalk)
- carrots (one bunch)
- beets (one bunch)
- red chard (one bunch)
