Sign Language: falling ice
Montreal sees a lot of snow and these signs were a common sight around Vieux Montreal.
The snow covered letters "CHUTE DE GLACE" make the sign seem more cartoonish, or like an advertisement for ice cream, than an authoritative sign to which one needs to pay attention. However, I do like how it employed narrative, as the stick man is walking from the building to his car, putting him in the path of the falling ice.
I like how this sign turned the ice into falling blades. This definitely made me more fearful.
