McDecor: the red rocks of Sedona
Today we passed through the town of Sedona, on the way from Flagstaff to Phoenix, our last stop on the road trip. How amazing would it be to live among these magnificent red rock formations! (of course, that's what people say about our destination of La Jolla, too!)

We read in the magazine from the Sedona Chamber of Commerce that chain stores generally mute their colors in order to keep with the overall look/tone/feel of the town. And so I saw my first ever McDonald's that changed the color of the Golden Arches! It's turquoise! It's sort of cool, but at the same time I feel like yellow would have fit in with the vibrant reds and oranges so predominant in this down.
