Montreal Eats: Premiere Moisson bakery
The Montreal Central train station has a well developed food hall, where I visited an outpost of the Premiere Moisson chain. I asked if they had any pate sandwiches, and the staff said there weren't any made, but that she could make one specially for me. It was just the right pate to baguette ratio, and I absolutely loved the pork pate. The bread on the other hand was extremely chewy, and the crust nonexistent. Still, it served as a nice filling meal on the train.
